Wayne Revack is an Ohio native who obtained his Bachelor Science in Finance & Economics at Hiram College before obtaining his Juris Doctorate at Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Mr. Revack then relocated to Texas in the late 1980s, where he worked for Travelers Insurance and Ranger Insurance throughout the 1990s before starting his own law practice in 1999.

Over his nearly thirty years of practicing law in Texas, Mr. Revack has obtained immense knowledge and experience in various disciplines of law, with his primary expertise being in family law. Mr. Revack has litigated thousands of family cases for his clients, with issues ranging from divorce, child custody, enforcement, modification of court orders, and all other related aspects in between. Contrary to most attorneys that prefer to follow a standard process for each case, Mr. Revack possesses the skill and familiarity with Texas laws and courts to tailor his practice to meet each of his clients’ specific legal needs. Further, in considering the immense emotional and financial burdens that each client incurs in legal matters, Mr. Revack has the philosophy and determination to resolve his clients’ legal issues in the most reasonable and cost-efficient manner. It is Mr. Revack’s professionalism and compassion that builds the strong relationships with his clients, and it is his knowledge and determination that achieves the positive results for his clients.

In addition to family law, Mr. Revack also practices probate, civil litigation, transactional drafting, trust and estate planning, criminal defense, administrative law, and employment/business litigation. Mr. Revack is currently licensed in Texas, Ohio, District of Columbia, and in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. In addition to being a prominent member of the Houston legal community, Mr. Revack is also a current member of the Harris, Fort Bend, and Jefferson County Bar Associations, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association, Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, and Theta Chi Fraternity.
